Welcome to South Falls Tower Apartments in Richmond, VA, where pets are more than welcome; they're family. As a premier pet-friendly community, we invite all breeds to enjoy life alongside their owners in our thoughtfully designed apartments. With a maximum of two pets per residence, South Falls Tower creates a welcoming environment for furry companions of all shapes and sizes to feel right at home.
Our pet policies and amenities are designed with convenience and comfort in mind. Pet rent is affordably set at $35 per month for one pet or $50 for two, with a one-time nonrefundable pet fee of $300 for the first pet and $200 for the second. We proudly embrace inclusivity with no breed restrictions and accommodate larger pets with a weight limit of up to 100 lbs on upper floors.
